Head of Channel Experience

Your role Are you driven by the desire to deliver exceptional client service? Do you enjoy problem-solving and building things from scratch? We're looking for a Head of Channel Experience to: o define and execute end-to-end advisor and client experiences that are key in differentiating the channel from other wealth management offerings (both internal and external) o develop streamlined solutions that drive scale, channel efficiencies and advisor productivity o manage the advisor platform, as well as the product and services menu; partner with Investment Platforms and Solutions to continually review and evolve the platform offering o educate key stakeholders on the advisor platform capabilities o partner internally to design and implement a roadmap inclusive of the channel's platform, products and services; partner with field specialists to rollout the roadmap to advisors o lead the delivery of key initiatives for the advisor platform with a client-focused and data-driven approach o design, coordinate and implement the necessary compliance and supervisory frameworks Your team You'll be joining a fast-growing team within the Wealth Management business, working in Weehawken, NJ. We are constantly innovating as we drive the creation of a strategic business that touches nearly every area within Wealth Management. You have the opportunity to join us as we build from the ground up, and as Head of Channel Experience, you'll play an important role in helping deliver this new experience to our Wealth Management clients and the advisors who serve them. Your expertise o 15+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry o strong understanding of processes, technology and operations (and how they all work together to define a channel experience) o a proven track record of creating and implementing programs that deepen client relationships and drive business performance o excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience o leadership experience with the ability to collaborate and form relationships across the business o a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance or a related field (graduate degree a plus) o series 7 and 63 183629BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
