Head, Experienced Advisor and Support Team Training & Development

Your role:
? Are you passionate about the training, development and growth of others? Do you have a creative mind that thinks about unique ways to approach a new challenge? Are you able to think strategically, act resourcefully and execute flawlessly? Do you enjoy designing, planning and leading engagement, development and training programs? We are looking for someone who can help us design and deliver a broad range of strategic, business-driving programs to our experienced UBS Financial Advisors and the essential teams that support them.
You?ll:
? Manage a team of skilled and experienced professionals
? Identify learning opportunities & needs across the WM USA advisor population
? Create and coordinate training programs aligned with the UBS strategy
? Execute on business plans to target appropriate advisor populations
? Manage participant criteria, attendance and business activity requirements
? Partner with colleagues across the firm to deliver programs for Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates and Market Administrative Officers
? Work closely with strategic events in coordinating program logistics
? Liaise with external partners in leveraging value-add content
? Review and analyze program data to enhance learning and drive growth
? Create and manage participant pre- and post-surveys and evaluate feedback
? Develop and manage relationships with external vendors
? Manage budgets accordingly
? Lead programs and present as necessary
? Oversee the UBS external designation process

? Strong leadership qualities and can manage and lead training and development programs
? Ability to communicate with a range of audiences, including senior management, Financial Advisor Associates, experienced Financial Advisors, and Field Leaders
? Executive presence to build credibility with and communicate to an executive audience.
? Ability to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders to execute and achieve a shared goal and align resources across the organization in managing a complex project
? Resilience, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial drive to take on the challenges presented in a fast-moving, start-up type environment
? Bachelor's degree
? Experience and interest working in training and development
? Strong program and project management skills
? Attentive to detail and able to prioritize multiple projects
? A creative thinker
? Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
? A team-player, enthusiastic, positive, polished, poised and professional
? A problem solver and decision maker -an expert at building networks and connections
? Self-motivated, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy, set priorities and manage deadlines
? Willing to travel
? Financial industry experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
