The Head of Client Lifecycle Management brings together all business-led risk management functions associated with offshore client onboarding, maintenance and ongoing review. This critical function liaises between Business, Operations and Compliance teams to optimize client management within a rigorous risk framework. This senior role is responsible for leading, managing and motivating a highly skilled team of professionals in the field and home office responsible for first line client vetting, cross-border account approval, account maintenance and ongoing periodic reviews. In addition, the Head of Lifecycle Management takes on strategic accountability for workflow system design optimization and implementation, and is responsible for assessing client risk. In this position, the Head will represent business needs with key strategic partners.

Your team:
Our main objective is to act as a one-stop, in-house shop for UBS Financial Advisors to incorporate the firm's unique global capabilities into their clients' portfolios. You will be working closely with Financial Advisors and Client Advisors to deliver best in class service to our Latin American client base, in close collaboration with h our Operations, Legal and Compliance teams
Your experience and skills:
? 10 years+ in financial services risk/regulatory space with significant AML/KYC subject matter expertise
? Demonstrated client risk assessment experience in the context of BSA/AML, Know Your Customer, OFAC and related frameworks
? Deep understanding of the financial services regulatory environment; direct regulatory and/or Audit experience a significant plus
? Strong executive presence; demonstrated ability to influence change
? AML program management and development expertise; track record of mitigating regulatory and financial risks with solid
? Strong project management skills; related industry consulting experience a significant plus
? AML/KYC team leadership experience
? Advanced degree/ACAMs certification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
