Americas Head of Commercial Services & Network Management

Your role:
Focus of your role is to
- Facilitate business growth in new and existing markets and products through close interaction with business stakeholders across divisions and product lines
- Manage provider relationships, including all contractual and commercial elements (e.g. SLA's)
- Conduct market reviews (RFP) and periodic due diligence reviews
- Support senior business and operations management decision making through fact-based analysis and effective communication of competitive, market and supplier intelligence
- Achieve spend and unit cost transparency and identify opportunities for cost saving opportunities among the providers in assigned markets
- Own and resolve client, front-office and operations network-related inquiries expediently and insightful (tax, legal, regulatory, market infrastructure, agent bank and external account related issues)
- Further develop network management best practices in the organization through active project and change management as well as stakeholder engagement.

Your team:
Network & Market Infrastructure Management is responsible for managing and sourcing cash, securities- and fund-related services provided by external market infrastructures and agent banks. As such the function is accountable for commercial control and reporting, 3rd party service delivery and relationship management, market intelligence, risk management and business alignment.
Your experience and skills:
- Internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial focus and supplier relationship management toolkit. Applied experience in strategic sourcing and advanced negotiations
- Project and process management track record
- Knowledge of payments, capital markets and trading networks/market infrastructure as well as relevant regulation (mainly EU)
- Strong financial/analytical focus and flexibility
- Good English skills (oral and written) as well as German skills, other language skills would be an advantage

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
