Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Your role:
You'll be responsible for supporting the CCAR CFOA Governance and Oversight Team and ensuring that the CCAR production process supporting the Capital Plan and the FR Y-14A submission runs efficiently and on-time in order to deliver a timely and well controlled submission.

Your team:
The CCAR CFOA Governance and Oversight Team is part of the overall CCAR Central Team. While Finance is the owner of the project, this team interacts with many other groups within UBS including the Businesses and across Risk. Additionally, this team owns the CFO Attestation program and the responsibility to ensure the CFO has the appropriate information needed to sign the attestation. This team is characterized as being highly professional, energetic, goal-oriented and eager to succeed.
Your experience and skills:
You?ll have:
- Five to seven years of project management experience
- An understanding of what it takes to run successful large-scale projects
- Policy / procedure documentation experience
- Certificate in project management (e.g. PMP) is an advantage
- Knowledge in CCAR is beneficial
- Experience in solving unique problems as they arise
You?ll be:
- A strong communicator (written and verbal), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Known for ensuring project timelines are achieved
- Able to deal with changing requirements and challenges
- Able to provide proper reporting to senior management including CFOs, Americas Head and BoD
- Able to facilitate and drive issue resolution and act responsibly and analytically in the event of stress or pressure
- Knowledge in MS project

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
