Advisory Trade Operations Analyst

Your role:
Do you have strong communication skills? Do you enjoy developing relationships with internal and external clients? We are looking for someone to:
- Trade Processing, Trade Corrections, Reconciliation, Control Procedures, and monitoring Clearance and Settlement of executed trades
- Able to accurately process a high volume of manual data entry in a variety of formats to multiple
systems
- Comfortable with manipulating unique data structures into standardized formats
- Detail oriented and highly focused on identifying pattern recognition and variations to the norm
- Capable of identifying mistakes in processing and finding effective methods for processing corrections
- Daily reconciliation of Fixed Income position breaks for Advisory Program Trading Operations
- Establishing electronic connectivity with third party money managers to facilitate STP for execution
and allocation of order flow
- Have an open minded approach and willingness to change, adapt and develop improvements to
standard procedures
- Take a self-motivated approach to identifying non-value added steps in procedural work flow and
implement productive changes that increase process efficiency
- Monitor trader activity and police TRACE reporting requirements through close contact and interaction
with the trading desk

UBS is actively recruiting for a Trading Operations Analyst to join our Nashville Business Solutions
Center. A Trading Operations Analyst is a strategic partner dedicated to supporting and controlling the
Advisory Programs and Capital Markets middle office. Analysts work cohesively within a team
environment dedicated to trade capture and reconciliation in a fast paced atmosphere. Analysts interact with a number of business partners and organizations both internally and externally. Responsibilities include Trade Processing, Trade Corrections, Reconciliation, Control Procedures, and monitoring Clearance and Settlement of executed trades.
Your experience and skills:
You are:
- Able to work well within a team environment balancing reliance on others with ownership of
personal responsibilities
- Able to communicate business requirements effectively with a wide range of partners
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Trading Desk in order to properly implement business strategy
within systematic processing limits
- Control and remediate large position breaks and fails with Traders on the Capital Markets desk directly
You Have:
- Bachelors Degree
- Initial transition of role may require commitment to spending extended up-front time in the metro area
Periodic travel on a quarterly basis between Nashville and NY is anticipated

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
