Regulatory Capital Analyst

Your role:
This incumbent will manage a collaboration platform needed to develop regulatory deliverables (e.g. CCAR, ICAAP, DFAST). In particular, the individual will:
? Serve a critical role in the CCAR and ICAAP capital plan consolidation and data aggregation efforts.
? Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal and Front Office stakeholders on capital planning initiatives.
? Manage cross-functional dependencies by supporting visibility into critical data, technology and control inter-dependencies.
? Assist Regional Capital Management in developing best-in-class Regulatory Delivery model
? Drive Treasury's strategy for strategic process improvements, and managing Workiva service delivery to all stakeholders (i.e., across Market, Credit and Operation Risk, Treasury, Technology, Lines of Business, and Finance as well as other functions).
? Collaborate with others in the CCAR central Team, Consultants and external vendors in identifying and proposing solutions to information gaps, technology requirements and overall program management.
? Assist in identifying risks and resolving issues, and escalate issues when necessary
General Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in a large bank or broker-dealer.
? Superior technical writing and verbal communication skills.
? Able to build strong relationships with diverse group of stakeholders.
? Adept at quickly acquiring new skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional roll.

Your team:
Group Treasury is responsible for optimizing the utilization of financial resources, providing governance over the allocation and consumption of regulatory capital and offering technical expertise to partners in the Business, Finance and Risk.
Treasury activities include governance, management and optimization of: capital, liquidity, funding, collateral, structural FX, interest-rate and other on and off balance sheet risk exposures. Optimizing the utilization of financial resources, Group Treasury works to expand the availability of financial resources, increase the firm?s flexibility to adapt to changing markets, avoid structural impediments to efficient funding and enhance risk taking capacity through development of improved measurement and control systems. In this way, we ensure ample competitively priced financial resources and maximize flexibility to pursue our strategic goals.
Your experience and skills:
? Prior experience in coordinating and supporting the development of regulatory deliverables (e.g. CCAR, DFAST, ICAAP or Recovery & Resolution).
? Adept in managing collaborative platforms like Workvia, Cognos Disclosure Management etc.
? Experience in managing web-based platforms with a working knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS and XBRL.
? Expert skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; database and programming skills are a plus.
? Strong scripting and macro development skill.
? Systems administration experience.
? Ability to learn new systems, develop training programs and train new/ existing users.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
