Head of Business Management, Americas & GWM Americas HR

Your role:
Do you have an analytical mind? Do you know how to juggle multiple projects effectively? We?re looking for someone like that who can provide business-related services as part of the Global Wealth Management HRBP team.
You will be responsible for:
? In-depth planning, implementation and delivery of activities across the HR life-cycle and project management of the HR strategic priorities both regionally and globally
? Year-end and Talent Review planning activities in partnership with COE colleagues as well as local delivery in coordination with HRBPs
? Coordination of standard and ad hoc projects as directed by the HRBP Business Management lead
? Developing relationships with Business Managers within the Business to execute key deliverables such as Year-end, Reward and Talent related topics
? Support change management within HR team and the Business through transition and organizational restructure
? Support the HRBP Business Management lead on activities including budgeting, OU and cost center management as well as operational risk reviews and initiatives

Your team:
As a leader of the Americas & WM Americas HR Business Management team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships across the HRBP team globally and with our aligned Centers of Excellence (COE) partners, e.g. Learning & Development, Reward, Reporting & Analytics, Recruiting and HR Service Delivery. The role encompasses both regional and global responsibilities; it is expected that the successful candidate will work in close partnership with their counterparts across other regions, helping to drive consistency and sharing best practices as well as having the opportunity to take the lead on global projects. This is an exciting and varied role encompassing the full spectrum of HR activities, working closely with HRBPs and COEs to translate business strategy into HR priorities, ensuring HR solutions are developed and delivered to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable in their approach, willing to challenge and be proficient at managing competing priorities.
Your experience and skills:
You have:
? 10+ years of financial services industry or FS / HR consulting experience
? generalist HR knowledge and skills
? can handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
? a pro-active, creative attitude (you are always brimming with ideas)
? experience as a team leader and line manager
? proven Microsoft Office experience; able to prepare professional standard presentations on PowerPoint and perform data manipulation in Excel
? proven ability to build credible relationships and rapport with the wider GWM HR Team and HR colleagues as well as senior stakeholders cross the Americas and support functions

? driven and resourceful, able to operate at a fast pace
? proven ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and objectives with conflicting priorities
? an excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
? an analytic thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
