FA Reward Core Compensation Lead

Your role:
Do you know what it takes to keep your colleagues happy? Are you an expert in remuneration, rewards and compensation? We're looking for someone like this to help us:
-Lead daily core compensation function within FA Reward including
-Function as trusted liaison to business, HR Business partners, Field Compensation Administration, payroll, tax and finance.
-Work across business units to ensure regulatory, tax and legal compliance as it relates to FA Core Compensation and FA Paid Support Team Member Compensation
-Assist in the design, implementation and testing of projects and initiatives to enhance service, transparency and meet business and strategic global reward initiatives.
-Ownership of processes documentation and maintenance of functional library as evidence for SOX, internal and external audit testing.
-Partnering with Finance on projects including reporting of general ledger and balance sheet and CCAR modeling as well as monthly FA revenue and production modeling
-Ensure adherence with policies and various regulatory agencies.
-Partner across FA Reward to provide cross coverage of duties and meet business cycle demands.

Your team:
You?ll be working in Human Resources on the FA Reward team in Weehawken, NJ. Our role is to administer the business adopted compensation plan and provide support to Branch Office Management, Financial Advisors and Support Staff across Wealth Management. We help by analyzing data, presenting and giving advice on various reward components and policies.
Your experience and skills:
-Undergraduate Degree or higher
-Advanced knowledge and functional use of Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel and PowerPoint
-Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management business, Compensation and Financial Products
-Proven research, analytical and documentation experience.
-Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-Ability to partner heavily with technology to document, oversee development and installation of enhancements to systems.
-Ability to develop and performance track team
-Ability to develop training modules and presentations communicate processes or changes
-Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Ability to highlight risks and enact risk mitigation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
