Product Strategy, Pricing and Analytics Manager

Your role:
Are you interested in joining a growing team with the ability to make a difference in product strategy, pricing and execution? We?re looking for someone like that who can:
? Review the Banking Product and Pricing framework for optimization in alignment with strategic objectives
? Co-ordinate Bank product transfer pricing framework with Treasury, Global Asset Liability Management and other stakeholders
? Review pricing frameworks and business risk and return metrics with all product teams, including ROE related to product pricing
? Facilitate and run Pricing Committee meetings for Bank products
? Assist in evaluating and analyzing new products and opportunities with respect to the asset strategy of the bank and present frameworks to Senior Management
? Collaborate within the Banking team and with other WMA partners including Product Teams, Treasury, Risk and Finance to build and execute actions related to deposits strategy, pricing and product development
? Assist with other Strategy and Product Management initiatives as required across the Americas region for UBS

Your team:
You?ll be working as part of the Deposits Strategy and Product Management team in the home office. This team is responsible for managing the deposits offering for Wealth Management Americas.
Your experience and skills:
You have:
? Minimum 5 years in a Pricing Strategy and Analytics role at a Financial Institution, with knowledge of balance sheet, and product pricing considerations within a business and regulatory context
? Understanding of the value proposition of Banking and Lending within a Wealth Management firm
? Familiarity with QRM a plus
? A Bachelor's degree with at least 10years experience in the financial industry
? Ability to think creatively, adapt to different situations and handle uncertainty
? Excellent time management/organizational skills with a keen eye and attention to detail; must have ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment and aggressive deadlines with minimum supervision; can successfully meet established project requirements and deadlines; must have ability to work independently and multi-task

? Self-confident and exercise good judgment and sound decision-making
? A problem solver with a strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret legal and compliance-related materials
? Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
