The Director of Communications will work to create and implement a comprehensive global internal communication and engagement strategy and program
Candidates will have 7-10 years of responsibility for internal communications preferably in the financial services industry and involving large scale business transformations. The candidate must bring strong communications, (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills and the ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders to cultivate support and sponsorship of key initiatives. S/he must also have a track record of working in a global team in a complex matrix environment working to deliver high quality content within tight timescales. The candidate will lead a working group comprised of 6 staff members to support the cultural transformation and execute proactive communication strategies, plans and solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in running internal communications programs that employ creativity and the use of a variety of tools, forums and media and work across all levels of the organization to influence internal audiences.

-Work closely with key stakeholders to create and implement a comprehensive global internal communications and engagement strategy and program that will enable the execution of the department's key objectives and transformation initiatives
-Serve as the lead point of contact for communications in Application Delivery and drive a compelling communications agenda that engages staff at all levels
-Lead the working group to partner, plan and engage with senior leaders to execute activities and content for the communications and engagement program
-Develop and coordinate the creation of internal messages and materials that educate, engage and motivate employees
-Ensure that all communications are consistent and closely aligned to the department's objectives

-Ideally 7-10 years professional experience in the financial industry, preferably with specific experience in engagement building, communications program management, and large scale business transformation -Strong analytical skill set -Exceptional writing skills -Executive presence - highly articulate.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
