Service Product Manager

Accountable for planning, designing, and managing IT services and products in an end-to-end and fully industrialized manner.
The lifecycle includes delivery of services with agreed SLAs/OLAs and cost, and creating transparency into the Total Cost of Operation of the Service/Product. From a strategic viewpoint, the Service & Product
Manager defines and executes the service strategy, while continuously optimizing the service supply chain.
Responsibilities
? Service & Product Strategy
o Assess the offerings, capabilities, and competitors as well as current and potential new areas in order to develop a service & product strategy to serve customers
o Develop and execute SPM road maps.
o Managing sourcing and vendor strategies on a tactical level.
? Service Life Cycle Management
o Design services and products, and execute corresponding reviews, reporting and billing.
o Managing (Orchestrate) service and product performance towards cost and quality targets.
o Assume end-to-end service and product management, including maintaining product information in all appropriate inventories.
? Service & Product Demand Management
o Work with IT business demand management and business product/servicemanagement to capture and translate business requirements for new and existing services, and ensure sufficient IT resources to meet the current and future demands
for a given service.
o Plan and managing lifecycle, and demand of services and products in portfolio.
? Service Level Management
o Negotiate Service Level Agreements with customers, and design services and products in accordance with the agreed service level targets.
o Ensure that all Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate.
o Monitor and report on service levels.
o Determine service and product volumes, prices, SLAs/OLAs, and establish delivery contracts with ITD and external service providers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
