Out client is seeking a FATCA Operations Specialist in Weehawken, New Jersey (NJ). This role will facilitate the remediation process to collect tax forms to remain in compliance with FATCA rules and regulations. This will require reaching out to branches and keeping track of what has been received and what is still outstanding for a large number of clients. Alternative Investments are offered to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and therefore our client must insure that all aspects of the product are handled correctly and in a professional manner. Failure to complete tasks accurately can result in financial and reputational risk to the firm.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team structure
Ability to make decisions and solve problems
Ability to obtain and process information
Plan, organize and prioritize work
Ability to multi-taskEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
