The ideal candidate should possess: PERL, Windows batch scripting, Unix Shell, ITIL process
He should be technically strong in PERL, Windows batch scripting. Unix shell scripting and any RDBMS database skills are desirable
Technically strong in PERL scripting, Windows batch scripting and Unix shell scripting
Any RDBMS database working experience desirable
To be able to work independently and self-driven.
Have good exposure in ITIL process such as Incident ,problem and knowledge management
Able to resolve major incidents and communicate independently with business stakholders ,offshore support team and development managers
Should be able to support nightly and weekend batch issuesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
