Do you have the proven ability to manage large teams to drive quality execution of AML/KYC processes?We re looking for an experienced KYC Quality Assurance Lead within the US Wealth Management s Business AML Organization to:
lead the first-line business KYC Quality Assurance (QA) program which includes testing of key operational processes, error validation, remediations, and results reporting coordinate multiple QA deliverables within defined timelines, shift resources and priorities as needed to support business needs ensure any errors identified in QA testing are resolved by given deadlines address queries raised by client-facing teams related to errors identified in QA Testing evaluate work performed by QA Analysts during testing of client files and resolve any issues with quality of team output identify gaps or themes from QA testing and escalate appropriately to relevant stakeholders for training actively lead team members providing feedback, coaching and development guidance contribute to ad-hoc KYC/AML-related projects as needed participate in project work related to ongoing regulatory/exam issue management develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the Business AML organization, and with partner teams such as Operations, Compliance and LegalYour Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners.

Your teamYou ll be working in the Business AML Organization (BAMLO) team.
We focus on driving strategy, implementation, and oversight for the AML program within the US Wealth Management business.
We work in collaboration with our business partners, Wealth Management field leadership and Second Line Compliance partners to help our Financial Advisors serve their clients in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Your expertise experience managing quality assurance at a financial institution, preferably for a wealth management business excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor style to intended audience; strong attention to detail proven success in managing large teams; including achievement of deliverables as well as coaching and development guidance ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities expertise in AML/KYC and Customer Due Diligence requirements capacity to think critically, identify and assess complex problems, and define solutions with limited guidanceAbout usUBS is the world s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
