Greeting & checking in patients, managing high volume influx of patients Managing Daily Appointment Sheets for Front Desk and Practitioners Spa Maintenance:
to uphold health code standards and visual presentation Re-organizing patient rooms after visits which includes sanitizing, disinfecting, organizing.
Communicate with patients via phone and emails CRM Client Relationship Management:
Support Director of Operations to reactivate patrons and acquire new SPA MAINTENANCE:
Laundry Deep cleaning/sanitization medical tools Non-Medical inventory Become familiar of retail assortment to provide guidance to clients QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Taking initiative & thinking 'ahead' Ability to problem solve 1 year (minimum) experience in Hospitality, customer service industry Positive, upbeat attitude with a 'willing to help' attitude Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and kindness Detail-oriented with proficient organizational and written/oral communications skills Experience in digital programs such as Point of Sale and Electronic Health Records a plus Social Media Experience using social media outlets Excellent customer service Google Drive proficient Very computer literate Minimum Associates degree required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
