Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Seat guests and manage the seating chart - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists - Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable - Assist with taking food and beverage orders when necessary - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of hotel or food service industry is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Shift4 POS, is beneficial - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and willingness to help others We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our establishment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
