Lending Transaction Manager, ETDs, Futures, Margin
Your roleoComplete enhanced due diligence on Margin, Futures and Exchange Traded (ETD) facilities that are collateralized by diversified portfolios, concentrated positions, and/or involve large facilities requests.
oReview internal limit violations on margin, Futures and ETD facilities and action accordingly working with internal constituents with Financial Advisors and branch management as primary driver of remediation.
oAssess the client's facility needs and financial capacity to perform on the margin lines and capital marketsoEnsure Capital Markets and Financial Advisors are working within the Risk Appetite of UBS Financial Services Inc.
oThe Transaction Manager will work with Financial Advisors, Capital Markets, and Branch supervision as necessary to review facility requests when such requests require special considerations.
oAssist Financial Advisors in managing client collateral including potential release rates, portfolio reallocation, etc.
