District Maintenance Manager - Hamilton Cove

The District Maintenance Manager (DMM) reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) and is responsible for assisting the RMM in the mentoring and training of on-site service team members as well as ensuring compliance to company policies for maintenance.
Additionally, the DMM will assist in developing scopes of work, managing vendor (supplier) relations, and analyzing properties with respect to capital needs, budgeting and maintenance.
JOB DESCRIPTION Conducts annual maintenance inspections to company standards as necessary.
Reports findings and results to the RMM for tracking and communication to Leadership.
Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance.
Schedule preventive and floating maintenance, if applicable.
Assist the RMM in scheduling and conducting training workshops and classes, including tracking the registration process through final close-out of all classes in the current Learning Management System (LMS).
Assist the Regional Property Manager (RPM) with the annual budget process providing subject matter expertise for maintenance-related items.
Evaluate suppliers and their services on an annual basis based on quality, customer service and pricing.
Assist in the interview process for Service team members when needed at the site level.
Supports the RMM with associate training and coaching.
Perform other tasks as directed.

52The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for employment at the time of posting.
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions:
In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Positions:
In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
