Business Risk Cyber Lead

oprovide operational and strategic guidance to Management, Financial Advisors and Clients on cyber security matters, including, data loss, data breach and identity theftogenerate operating guidelines and playbooks in the event of a cyber incident otest results to validate preparedness oengage with management and employees at all levels, and partners with cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
oparticipate in global initiatives to enhance controls to protect against cyber risks and assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
opartner with colleagues across the firm, particularly in Technology, Identity and Access Management, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance on various business cyber initiativesowork with Technology to drive the business cybersecurity strategy as we expand digital capabilities, including the design and roadmap to achieveoassist with regulatory initiatives and respond to requests on business cyber issuesJoin usAt UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.

years in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of the Wealth Management business and functions and experience in cyber security, privacy and risk managementorepresent the team in discussions with senior executives, business heads and regulators on privacy, cyber and information security topicsostrong analytical skills, able to quickly understand complex processes, identify risks and inadequacies in procedures, as well as propose practical and sustainable solutionsoexcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and break down complex issues into digestible partsosuperb judgement, with an eye on mitigating risk (current and emerging)oclient focused and results oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute efficientlyoa team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment UBS-MOGUL LI-UBSAbout usUBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager.
