oact as a Manager leading a centralized group supervising electronic communicationobecome a supervisory control subject-matter expert acting as the point person for your team of direct reportsoperform first-line-of-defense activities in relation to consequential risksoensure risk frameworks are designed well and operating effectivelyodeliver monthly reports that shed light on risk profiles in reference to electronic review for the market areasothink strategically and support the growing centralization of supervisory functionsosupport senior management in driving firm initiativesoguide, mentor, train and develop your staff professionally through regular team meetings and one-on-one meetingsobe a strong role model with excellent work ethic and positive, collaborative mindsetointeract efficiently and thoroughly with various internal and external regulatory groups oability to multi task as needed and handle day to day functions as neededobe responsible for delivering performance reviews and ongoing feedback to direct reportsoprovide business management with controls, tools, frameworks, information and insights required to manage risk in relation to electronic communication activityJoin usAt UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.

oanalytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing riskoresult-oriented and assertive (you don't shy away from challenging situations)odemonstrates strong leadership skills and is comfortable giving constructive feedbackostrong written skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and WordWhat we offerTogether.
