We are looking for a product manager to drive the successful integration of large-scale, complex Wealth Management Americas (WMA) programs into Group Compliance Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) owned systems, including Transaction Monitoring, Name & Media Screening, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment, etc.
In your role you will:
omanage integration aspects for the Overdrive Program and its impact to the GCRG functions and its systems and processesoact as the coordinator between the WMA Programs and the GRCG functions impacted by the new WMA products and services owork closely with the GCRG functions to ensure their regulatory and mandatory requirements are understood and shared with the WMA Program managers oproactively identify dependencies between the GCRG functions resulting from the WMA Programs, e.

, changes to the data sourcing, testing coordination, etc.
omanage all aspects of a project, including project delivery, PMO, project administration that will include progress reporting, and stakeholder engagementoreport effectively and efficiently program status to various program stakeholders on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issuesodevelop strong relationships with all stakeholders oensure risk and issue awareness by proactively identifying and raising risks and issues and driving diligent mitigation and remediationJoin usAt UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.

Your expertiseoa 4 year college degree or international equivalent o5
years' experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in the Financial Services industryogood understanding of operational processes within the Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention space preferably within the Financial Services industry oin-depth experience in driving large scale, cross functional implementation projects with multiple stakeholdersooutstanding organizational and motivational skills and the ability to think and act across functions orelevant certifications in project management and experience with Agile Way of Workingoan excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels oflexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities oa team player able to build relationships and build trust across a global organization, working independently and with various teamsoability to explain complex processes or technical matters in simple terms to various stakeholders UBS-ACCA UBS-MOGUL LI-UBSAbout usUBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager.
