We're looking for a Product Owner to:
ohave the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of Relationship Reassignment in our agile pod odeeply understand the needs of our stakeholders act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals obe overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of Relationship Reassignment needs while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policiesomitigate impediments to the team's goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod's ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients omotivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-beingodefine the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performanceJoin usAt UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.

Your teamIn our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.
You'll be joining the team in Weehawken, NJ in the Manage My Relationship stream which is charged with building a scalable operating model that enables FA and teams to dedicate more time to clients and reduce costs.
Our pod mission is to enable efficient and effective capabilities to reassign client relationships to a new Advisor teams in support of our client promise and client segmentation strategy.
Your expertiseoworking in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)odelivery complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industryosetting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as data driven decisionsoteam player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skillsostrong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levelsoAbility to drive changeoConfident decision maker, highly orgranized and detail orientedAbout usUBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager.
