Azure Data Engineer

o provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services o analyze business requirements for the WMA -IT Client Lifecycle Management o design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages o providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications o conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC o see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production Your team You'll be working in the WMA -IT Client Lifecycle Management, as part of the Technology division in Weehawken. We provide solutions and new digitalexperiences to the retail bank .This benefits our retail bank clients experience and lifecycle Management. As a Azure Data Engineering Lead, you'll play an important role in providing solution and implementing it in the cloud. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise o ideally 5 years of experience in implementing operational data store (ODS) for the retailbanking space, which captures the multiple cross system transactions, providing high throughput and low latency solution using RDBMS or NoSQL Technologies o experience implementing event driven architecture using technologies such as Confluent Kafka or Azure event hub o experience implementing real time high throughput and low latency data solutions using Azure Event hub, Azure Streaming and Azure Cosmos DB o hands on experience implementing solutions using ADLS Gen2, Azure Blob storage, Azure Data Factory , Azure Functions, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure SQL Server and Azure PostgreSQL o well versed in Azure platform engineering using PowerShell, ARM Templates, Cloud Automation Frameworks, Azure DevOps and GitLab o familiarity with the technology stack available in the industry for metadata management:
Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Lineage, Data Catalog etc. Nice to have Certifications o DP-203 Implementing an Azure Data Solution o AZ-400:
